HOW IN ADANCE DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN ORDER?
Please submit your catering orders at least a week before the date you require, but also try contacting us if you’re urgent.
We may be able to make a special exception just for you.
HOW WILL THE FOOD BE DELIVERED TO US?
Catering will be delivered to you fresh, hot, and ready. Food will be served in a box to keep it hot or fresh, one option per box. You can customise your own bowl as Katsubi Catering is a buffet style catering.
Delivery fees may apply to your area.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
We require a 7-day cancellation notice in prior for any catering orders, there will be a 50% charge for any orders that are cancelled in less than 48 hours. A full charge will be required for same day cancellations.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
And full payment will be due 48 hours prior to your booked date.
CAN WE ORDER OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND?
No, sorry. At the moment, Katsubi Catering is available in Auckland ONLY. We are planning to serve all of you outside of Auckland around May 2024.
