Katsubi Story
Since its beginning in 2002, Katsubi has now grown into a new healthy and delicious fast-food operation in more than 21 locations across the country. Operating mainly in Auckland, our founder’s dream, and motto: Katsubi, winning day has successfully gained a foothold in thriving local areas with its signature “Red Bowl”, a unique product notable for its fast service and customizability from fresh vegetable and meat.
In 2021, Katsubi is performing as a strong competitor in the national market with 12 branches and 9 franchises, along with new and upcoming plans for further expansion. With the factory establishment now focusing on production and distribution, the Katsubi brand continues to grow and present quality service all over Aotearoa.
