Why Katsubi K-atering?
We offer buffet style catering where you can customise your own bowl, when you have to 
choose your own salad, hot food, and sauce.

What's the minimum/maximum number of people you can cater for?
Our minimum order is for 20 people. For large events, we can accommodate up to 100 people.
For events large than 100 people, we recommend you to contact at catering@katsubi.co.nz for further discussion.

How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7days in advance for standard catering orders. 
For large events (100+ people) or special dietary requirements, please allow at least 7-day notice.

How will the food be delivered?
Catering will be delivered to you fresh, hot and ready. Food will be served in a box to keep it hot or fresh, with one option per box. You can customise your own bowl as Katsubi Catering is a buffet-style catering. Delivery fees may apply to your area.

How is the food packaged? Do you provide chafing dishes to keep food warm?
All hot foods and salad will be coming in our cooler/warmer bag to keep your foods cooler/warmer for longer, and the bag is required to be returned to any of our store after catering, among with other serving utensils.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and food allergies?
We take dietary requirements seriously and currently offer:
- Vegetarian options
- Accommodations for common food allergies (please inform us when ordering)

Do you require a deposit? What's your cancellation policy?
We require full payment to confirm your booking.

Can we order outside of Auckland?
​No, sorry. At the moment, Katsubi Catering is available in Auckland only.
