Katsubi's 20th anniversary event surveyTerms and Conditions
By completing this online questionnaire, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the terms please do not access and/or complete the questionnaire.
Eligibility
-Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
How to enter
-The survey will be conducted on the google form managed by marketing team of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd.
-The survey will be displayed at the store, on Instagram page of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. and via direct email.
-To enter and be eligible for the Prize Draw, entrants must submit google form application: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1uWHevpILZ9tL8-tEgQSyHZLvgsS9_RITbK_SIU411EY/
-Incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
Survey Period
The survey will be conducted from 23rd of May 2023 to 2nd of July 2023. Entries received outside of the promotion period will not be eligible.
Draw details
The Prize Draw will take place at the Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. office in the presence of two members of the management team. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw.
Prize
-The Prize is 6 tickets to the test match of ALL BLACKS v SOUTH AFRICA on 15th July 2023 in Go Media Stadium, Mt Smart, Penrose, Auckland.
-The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
-Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. reserves the right to change, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize of equivalent value without notice at any time.
Prize Awarding
-Three (3) different individuals will be chosen at random as winner of KATSUBI 20th anniversary event survey, they are allowed to bring one (1) person each as their plus one.
-The Winner of the promotion will be notified by email based on the information provided. If they cannot be contacted within three (3) days, the potential winner will be disqualified, and another winning entrant will be selected via random draw.
-The Winner must claim the Prize within ten (10) days within email after a notification. The Prize will be cancelled if the Winner has not been established during this period.
-The Winner must verify their entry and confirm that they meet the Terms and Conditions of marketing with Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. prior to claiming their Prize. Arrangements will then be made for redemption of the Prize.
Privacy
-Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the survey. All entries become the property of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
-In accordance with the Privacy Act, entrants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information held by Katsubi HQ CO Ltd.
General
- Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Terms and Conditions for survey at any time.
-If for any reason this survey is not capable of running as planned, Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. may elect to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the survey.
- Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, injury suffered by any person in any way associated with this Survey or Prize.
