Terms and Conditions

 

By entering promotion, each entrant deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

Eligibility
-Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

 

How to enter

-The Promotion will be conducted on the Instagram page of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd.

-To enter and be eligible for the Prize Draw, entrants must post a picture of Red bowl of Katsubi and tag the Instagram page of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd.
-Incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.

 

Promotion Period
The promotion will be conducted from 18th August to 14th September 2023. The submission period will be announced on Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. Instagram page. Entries received outside of the promotion period will not be eligible.

 

Draw details

The Prize Draw will take place at the Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. office in the presence of two members of the management team. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw.

 

Prize

-The Prizes is 5 * $100 Prezzy cards.

-The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

-Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. reserves the right to change, cancel the Prize Draw or exchange the Prize for a similar prize of equivalent value without notice at any time.

 

Prize Awarding

-The Winner of the promotion will be notified by Instagram, phone or email based on the information provided. If they cannot be contacted within three (3) days, the potential winner will be disqualified, and another winning entrant will be selected via random draw.

-The Winner must claim the Prize within two (2) weeks from Katsubi after a notification. The Prize will be cancelled if the Winner has not been established during this period.

-The Winner must verify their entry and confirm that they meet the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion with Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. prior to claiming their Prize. Arrangements will then be made for redemption of the Prize.

Privacy

-Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. All entries become the property of Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

- By entering this giveaway, each potential winner consent to Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. taking photographs at Prize Presentation and use their name and photograph(s) for an unlimited period without additional compensation or permission for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (displayed in any media where permitted by law).

-In accordance with the Privacy Act, entrants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information held by Katsubi HQ CO Ltd.

 

General

- Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Terms and Conditions for a Promotion at any time.

-If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. may elect to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

- Katsubi HQ CO Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, injury suffered by any person in any way associated with this Promotion or Prize.
