OUR STORY
Since its beginning in 2002, Katsubi has now grown into a healthy and delicious fast-food brand found in over 21 locations across New Zealand including Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Christchurch. Katsubi is now recognised for our fast service and customisability of fresh vegetables and meat.

In 2021, Katsubi performed as a strong competitor in the national market with 12 branches and 9 franchises, along with new and upcoming plans for further expansion. With the factory establishment now focusing on production and distribution, the Katsubi brand continues to grow and present quality service all over Aotearoa.
